MMC Contractors provided the HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems for the tower expansion on this Design-Assist project.
Our team was brought on board after the initial mechanical contractor was unable to maintain the budget and schedule once the design was completed. The project design includes a new, five-story tower, 72 patient beds, 28 ICU beds, renovations to six operating rooms split into three phases to keep rooms operational, a new MRI suite, a complete kitchen renovation split into four phases to keep kitchen operational, and renovated pharmacy and laboratory suites.
We have also completed work on the St. Rose Dominican Hospital – San Martin campus and performed the plumbing and med gas for the original St. Rose Dominican-Siena hospital.
