Participants spent time with our tradespeople, both in the fab shop and in the “classroom,” learning about several aspects of the mechanical construction process from preconstruction to fabrication and installation. The students celebrated the conclusion of the program with a graduation ceremony in Omaha.
We couldn’t be prouder of these students and recent graduates for completing this program and for helping them develop skills in the trades. Participating in programs like this across the country is one of several ways we’re working to develop our workforce and introduce next-generation leaders to the construction industry.
