MMC Contractors was selected to perform the full HVAC and plumbing scope of work on an expansion to the World Market Center Convention Building.
The project consisted of converting the existing parking garage’s first floor into a new convention space, as well as adding a whole new building to maximize convention space.
Our team performed installation of all the HVAC equipment, construction of the full duct system, fire stopping, seismic support, and commissioning. We also completed the plumbing fixtures, pumps, constructed the Central Plant System, storm drain piping, natural gas piping, and domestic water piping.
