A confidential food production partner in the Nashville area tasked MMC Contractors with the mechanical and plumbing work to boost the output in their existing 100,000 SF facility. Upgrades to their current plant include improving their production by 40 million pounds of meat product each year, and a phase-two initiative to build an additional 95,000 SF facility intended to produce another 40 million pounds of processed meat.

The team logged many overnight, weekend, and holiday hours to ensure as little disruption to the operational facility as possible. With a heavy focus on prefabrication for both phases, the offsite work helped streamline onsite installation and lessen the impact to the facility.
