The Inspira Health Network at Mullica Hill is a new, replacement facility that will be built on a greenfield site in southern New Jersey using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). The new Inspira hospital in Harrison Township, NJ, is being constructed to replace its aging hospital in Woodbury, NJ. It is a 5-story, 450,0000-SF hospital that includes a connected central utilities plant.
MMC Contractors is installing a 3,000-ton central utility plant with expansion to 4,000 tons — 1200kW CHP, 14 Custom AHUs. The new medical center will feature all private rooms and expanded technologies that will enhance quality of care, patient experience, and efficiency. It will also include state-of-the-art green technologies resulting in numerous environmental benefits.
