Office Building and Retail
Town Pavilion

Completed in 1986, the Town Pavilion (formerly AT&T Town Pavilion) is the second-tallest building in Kansas City, behind One Kansas City Place which is across the street. For a brief two years, the Town Pavilion was the tallest building in in the state of Missouri, it now ranks number 3 behind the One Metropolitan Square in St. Louis.

MMC Contractors provided complete HVAC, piping and plumbing installation for the 1,200,000 mixed use office and retail tower. The 38-story building is located in the heart of the Kansas City business and financial district at 12th and Main.

Design of the building incorporated a three-story retail base which included a food court on the third floor and the 34-story office tower. Additionally, the developer (a joint venture between the original major tenant AT&T Resource Management and developer Copaken, White & Blitt) included two complete historic renovations to the Harzfeld's Building and the Boley Building. It is tied, via sky bridges to One Kansas City Place and parking garages.

Transamerica and Bank Midwest are the major current office tenants and Macy's and The Jones Store still occupy large portions of the retail space.
