Tuesday, July 26, 2011

PARSIPPANY, NEW JERSEY - The MMC Contractors New Jersey team continues their winning ways with Turner Construction, as they were just awarded the new Novartis Oncology Building 3 project in East Hanover, NJ. The $12.8 million project consists of complete HVAC and Plumbing systems. Congratulations to the entire team in New Jersey!

This 300,000 SF building is a state-of-the-art iconic design by renowned Rafael Viñoly Architects. The mechanical design employs many unique systems including chilled beams, under-floor cooling and energy recovery equipment.

The project duration is 15 months, with a scheduled start date of February 2012 and completion in May of 2013.

This is another repeat project with the Turner Construction team from the very successful Princeton Chemistry Laboratory Building project recently completed.

This is the largest, most complex, and prestigious of the several projects currently being constructed at the site. This award is the result of many months of budgeting and revised estimates, and all of our estimating team members contributed!
